Accountant Bookkeeping Ltd is an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) authorised to perform Companies House identity verification services. We assist existing and new directors, Persons with Significant Control (PSCs), LLP members, and individuals forming new companies or LLPs. Verification is completed in accordance with Companies House identity verification requirements.
Before you begin, please have your photographic ID, proof of address and a selfie holding your ID ready for upload. The verification fee is £50 per person (no VAT). Once your documents have been reviewed and payment has been received, we will complete your Companies House identity verification and notify you of the outcome.

Our ACSP identity verification fee is £50 per person. An invoice is issued once your form and documents are received, payable in advance; on cleared payment, a personal verification code will be emailed to you.
