Our Company Formation service starts from £150 plus the applicable Companies House registration fee. The fee depends on the scope of work required, the registrations needed and the level of support requested. We provide a fixed quotation before work begins so you know exactly what the cost will be. VAT is not charged on our fees because we are not VAT registered.
