Business Advisory

Corporation Tax Advisory & Planning

Proactive Corporation Tax advice for businesses that need more than preparation and submission of a CT600 return.

Service overview

Corporation Tax advisory is about considering your company's tax position before decisions are made, rather than reporting the position after the year end. It is a different service from Corporation Tax compliance, which covers the preparation and submission of the CT600 company tax return.

Our Corporation Tax (CT600) service remains the compliance service: preparing and filing the return and supporting tax computations for the accounting period. This advisory service is for companies that would like to look at the wider tax position, including the timing of expenditure, available reliefs and allowances, losses and the tax considerations that arise around business decisions.

At Accountant Bookkeeping Ltd, we provide Corporation Tax advisory and planning for limited companies throughout Bournemouth, Dorset, London and across the UK. We work within current UK tax legislation and established tax principles, and we do not promote or recommend tax avoidance arrangements.

Advisory work is most useful when it takes place before a decision is made, such as a significant purchase, a change in the way directors are remunerated, a restructuring proposal or a transaction. We explain the tax considerations that may apply to your circumstances, the options available and the information still required to confirm a position.

As an AAT Licensed Accountant, we provide Corporation Tax advisory and planning with transparent fixed-fee pricing and no VAT charged on our fees. Any advice given is based on the information available at the time and on tax legislation and HMRC practice as it applies at that date.

Pricing

From £200

Our Corporation Tax Advisory & Planning service starts from £200. The final fee is confirmed by fixed quotation following an initial review of your circumstances and the scope of the work involved, so you know the cost before any work begins. VAT is not charged on our fees because we are not VAT registered.
